The process begins when you contact us. From that moment on, you have our assurance that we will provide you with the best possible service.

Our first step is to understand your immediate requirements and to begin a dialogue with you to reach a solution for your needs.

We will arrange to meet you face to face where possible, although we can do this remotely if necessary, and we will then use our expertise to establish exactly what you require and to also add value by offering our advice on the way forward.

So, we don't just take your order, we will guide you through the process and make it as simple and clear as possible at all times.

Once we establish your requirements and agree to proceed, we place your order and begin the process of fulfilling it to the required timescales.

At this point, you can relax and let us do the hard work..!

We source the products, we supply the logos or promotional message and we make sure that you are involved along the way. We make-up a sample of the embroidery or logo brand for you to make any final changes and approve before we move on.

We then deliver the finished order to you and ensure that it is completed to the highest quality possible, and that you are completely satisfied with it.

What happens after that...? well, that's not the end of the story....!!
